Good morning all
well I have woken up with heavy chest, running nose and no voice... So yes I'm well thanks...

So had some crap news after MRI last week, took me by surprise and knocked the crap out of me, but moving on now of course as we have to don't we.
So off to physio tomorrow and hopefully good things will come from that.
